As the new community manager at Wren, I would love to meet you to discuss all of these concerns. If your neighbors are getting too rowdy and cause a disturbance, please reach out to our courtesy officer or the office and we will gladly speak with your neighbors. While we do want our residents to be able to fully enjoy their homes, we do not want them to do so at the expense of their neighbors’ comfort. We will bring these concerns to both our patrols and our courtesy officer so they will be on the lookout for any suspicious activity. As you mentioned, we do have a courtesy patrol that is there to help our residents, but we are also fortunate enough to have a courtesy officer who lives on site. I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues with your neighbors. We value all the feedback we receive from our residents as we want to ensure that we are always improving your experience. Northlake area as a whole is not the best as far as safety since this is a high traffic area due to the mall and other shops nearby.ĭear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest thoughts on our community. It's awfully loud, and to me should be heavily discounted. If you MUST move here, request to live near the leasing office, the back of the community is literally on the highway. ![]() Nice upgrades, decent amenities, dog park, landscaping. Not sure what's attracting the super young, loud and obnoxious crowd but it's scaring away actual adults who wanted to make this an apartment home. I've lived in apartments for most of my life and have grown to block out noise but it's becoming unbearable here. I can hear my downstairs neighbors and upstairs neighbors doing absolutely everything. The apartments are cheaply built and overpriced. NUMEROUS car break ins and theft and despite having two security officers riding throughout the night (What's the point of having them if they're gonna leave early and people s cars are still getting broken into). Police are constantly through the neighborhood due to domestic disputes. ![]() After getting settled in we realized those individuals must have moved out because there has been a lot of riff raff in the community since. This is what attracted us to this property over many others. When originally touring the property we noticed majority of those who lived here looked like young professionals. The audience of neighbors now has drastically changed. things changed, all new staff, which they're nice, but after meeting and learning everyone from before this was a huge change. We were excited to move in but shortly after doing so, we realized Greystar was no longer the management company and that Cortland Partners had taken over.
